Price Charities consists of two 501(c)(3) foundations:

Price Family Charitable Fund is a private family foundation.  It serves as advisor to the Weingart-Price Fund at The San Diego Foundation and the Brodie-Price Fund at the Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego, and funds the Aaron Price Fellows program. 

Price Charities, (formerly San Diego Revitalization Corporation) is a public operating charity which owns and operates residential and office properties in the San Diego community of City Heights, administers various educational and social programs in City Heights and funds other charitable enterprises.  As a tax-exempt public charity under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), contributions to Price Charities are tax deductible.

History
Price Family Charitable Fund was established in 1985 and Price Charities was established in 2000. 

The Weingart-Price Fund at The San Diego Foundation is a joint funding effort between the Weingart Foundation in Los Angeles and Price Family Charitable Fund.  Since 1998, the Weingart-Price Fund has distributed in excess of $83 million to charities in San Diego and Imperial Counties.
