Effron-Goldberg Scholarship Program


Hoover and Crawford High School students, in their senior year, can apply for this scholarship.  Our goal is for Hoover and Crawford High School graduates to continue their education and become successful individuals in charge of their own future.

Scholarship recipients can choose from a College/University Scholarship of $4,000 for five years, or a Community College, Trade or Vocational Program Scholarship of $2,000 for two years.

Applicant Eligibility Requirements:

      ·        Be admitted to an accredited college/university, community college, trade or

               vocational program and attend as a full-time student starting the fall

               immediately after graduation from high school.

      ·        Have a demonstrated financial need.

      ·        Have a strong commitment to community and school, as demonstrated by                involvement in school activities and community service.
