The Village Townhomes features two rental programs. Thirty-four of the units are designated as “affordable” rental units and are restricted to families earning less than 50% of the area median income. The remaining units will be rented according to our Standard Program in which rents may be offset by performing qualified community service in City Heights.
The Townhome Leasing Office is now open at 3806 Fairmount Avenue. Please call 619-285-1225 or stop by the leasing office for more information about renting a townhome. Applications are now available.
