A: San Diego Revitalization Corporation, a nonprofit organization. San Diego Revitalization changed its name to Price Charities in late 2006.
Q: Who is Price Charities?
A: Price Charities is a nonprofit organization focused on real estate, education, health and human service activities in City Heights. The efforts of Price Charities have been funded in part by grants from the Weingart-Price Fund at The San Diego Foundation.
Q: How many Village Townhomes are for rent?
A: All of the 116 Village Townhome units are available to rent. Thirty-four (34) townhomes are designated as affordable rental units. Families occupying these units cannot make MORE than 50% of the area median income as detailed below:

Q: Are pets allowed in The Village Townhomes?
A: Pets are not allowed in any of The Village Townhome units.
Q: What elementary schools are in the area?
A: Rosa Parks, Florence Joyner, Central and Cherokee Point Elementary schools. Rosa Parks Elementary, a top rated inner city school, is the school assigned to children living in the Village Townhomes. To attend Florence Joyner, Central or Cherokee Point the student would need to apply with the San Diego Unified School District. |
