The City Heights Square project is the development of a portion of the block bounded by University Avenue, Fairmount Avenue, Polk Avenue and 43rd Street. 150 units of affordable senior housing was completed in Fall 2007.  This project is owned and operated by Senior Community Centers of San Diego.  A three-story medical clinic will begin construction in the Summer of 2008, with estimated completion in 2009.  The medical clinic is owned and operated by La Maestra Family Community Health Centers.
